Parents moving into the Mount Prospect School sending area should contact district registrar, Michelle Vitiello, at 908-204-2600 extension 146 to make an appointment to register.

You will need to bring the following documents:

1. The child's original birth certificate;
2. A copy of the fully executed lease or deed;
3. Two additional proofs of residence: utility bills, such as: water, gas, or electric;
4. Proof of immunizations, signed and dated by physician.
5. A complete physical signed and dated by the physician within the calendar year.
   
   Please Note:
   In order to be eligible for Kindergarten, the child must be 5 years of age on or before October
   
   In order to be eligible for Grade 1,the child must be 6 on or before October 1.
